2,3,4:The blind side,Easy A and Just go with it.

Hello again!
Now look,i've seen a lot of movies for which im EXTREMELY bored to write a review for,but i've see one which i really want to review!(for the special one i'l just do a different post)
So let's get started:

2.The bilnde side:6,5/10

Tobe honest,i didnt enjoy it a lot(maybe cause i saw it during english class and i need atmosphere in order to enjoy a movie, not a bunch of immature boys yelling next to me)

In general,it was a deep movie,talkin about stereotypes and people's expectations.Really touching i guess...
The ONLY problem is that in some point it gets all perfect and stuff.(classic american movie with unconditional loves, tortured heros that in the end become extremely happy and,of course, the happiest ending.those things just get on my nerves)

Read a couple of reviews on that, and i feel guilty for not liking this movie as much as i should, but i really didnt find this extraordinary and wow and breathtaking...
I do like the poster though!
Haha, anyway all im trying to say is that im pretty confused as my review differs A LOT from the ones i've read.

Now,Sandra Bullock was OK.She was convincing but thats all.
Quintin Aaron was nice,i liked him even though i met him for the first time in this movie.
It's kinda werid, but the one i liked the most was Jae Head, the lil child.

Cliche Time:

Imdb's Stars:7,7/10
PLot:The story of Michael Oher, a homeless and traumatized boy who became an All American football player and first round NFL draft pick with the help of a caring woman and her family.
Director:JOhn Lee Hancock
Writters:John Lee Hancock,Michael Lewis
Stars: Sandra Bullock,Quinton Aaron,Tim Mcgraw
Genres:Biography,Drama,Sport

3.Easy A:7,9/10

And here comes the saying:Dont judge a movie by its poster.

It really seems like a teenage bullshit, innit?
Well it has-almost-nothin to do with it!

You will adore this movie from the exceptional sincerity it shows at the first minutes, while explaining the situation.
And you'll adore it much more when you realise how well-built the characters are and how human-ish they act.

I mean,look around you.
A sincere movie like this one is definitely hard to find these days...

Bad reputation without a reason, people that are willing to sacrifice themselves and people that tend not to appreciate that, the drama of being a highschool outcast or having the wrong best friend. It's all happening to us.And this movie present those ups and downs(well, mostly the downs)with a beautiful way.

But overall,i think that the GREAT acting from emma stone and the fact that i identified completely with her character made me love this movie.

*Highly recommended*

4.Just Go with it:4,4/10

I'm not the american comedy type to be honest.
I saw this movie-as every other american comedy that ive seen in my life-just because my dad wanted to watch something"lite" and just because i had no option but to go with him to the cinema.

All i want to say is that it was OK,but too over-the-edge movie.
Ah...I'm really not into the mood of reviewing this one,i know im gonna say the worst things.
Anyway, just bare in mind that this movie screams:"IM A CLICHE AMERICAN COMEDY".you know the rest.

1.The Adjustment Bureau

Finally,i decided to take part to that movie challenge!
Or at least that's what i think so.

Um...ok.So i guess i should start with a review for a movie i saw last night at cinema.THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU.

First of all let me say i read the worst reviews that have ever been written by a human being for this movie.

So usually there are two reasons why some people hate a movie:
1.the movie is really, genuinly sucky and
2.the movie is actually outstanding, its just a part of the audience that likes ONLY those straight-forward mainstream bullshit with the same happyending plot as always.

And yesterday i was surprised cause when i saw the movie i could find no reason at all for someone to write so angry reviews about the movie!

Now,i give it 6,5/10 which is not bad at all!

Gengre?It was more of a thought-provoking,action thriller,love story i would say...

No guns n stuff,not intense sexual scenes(that means also:no accidental boners and girl's annoying giggles,or awkward moments with your parents),some car-chasing goin on,and a lot of running(run Matt,RUN!it's the lola's curse man...)

About the performances now...(im in the mood of overanalysing stuff right now, hehe!)

Personally i never liked Matt Damon.I never found him handsome,or hot or ANYTHING.
His acting though in the movie was OK.(considering it was just an action role, for a moderate actor used for his looks,i guess he acted fine.)

Emily Blunt of course was pretty flawless, plus that she CAN DANCE,man!

I can say it's a good movie to pass your time with pleasently, not anything outsanding though but it WILL keep you interested all the way through.

The directing was fiiiiine,to somewhat plain. It just didnt have the fresh element,it was things we've seen before.

Pros:thought provoking in some points-if you're interested in fate n stuff.
Cons:Just nothing new.

And now,our long-awaited cliche facts!(all from imdb)

imdb's rating:7.3/10

1,2,3,GO!..oh wait a minute..

Well,well,well...Long time no see!
I've got no followers,so i guess its not that bad that i havent written in aaaaaaaages.
I've seen of course a lot of films, but i wasnt in the mood to make an actual review.
BUT,since i NEED to share my opinion for the movies i watch, and since i watch a lot of them lately,im seriously thinking about accepting that movie challenge my best friend invited me to.

Im not sure yet, though.i can barely keep up-to-date my official(?)blog.

Anyway,i'll hopefully find some time to write a couple reviews of some movies i recently saw-and fell in love with.

Seriously,i need to stop being such a movie junkie.

Happy movie-watching!
(and never ever ever watch a movie with the lights on.IT F-ING RUINS EVERYTHING!)

Due Date

Yesterday night i went to the cinema(again!)and i saw Due Date.to tell you the truth i initially wanted to watch Heartbreaks, but my parents freaked out by the idea of watching a romantic drama,so yeah...i dont think i regret it though!

First of all let me tell you that i always loved Robert Jr.(well, since ironman really...),and i always loved Galyfianakis too.(well, since Hangover really...)so i must admit that i expected this movie to be pretty enjoyable :)

Now,the movie was something more than anjoyable and i would advice anyone that wants to cheer up or wants to laugh in general to run and see it.and if you really want my opinion(ohhh,i tried to be really formal but i cant!)this movie was fuckin awesome!at 4 scenes i cried from laughter!

Here are the reasons why i loved this movies so much and why i'd go to watch again and again and again and again...

-->Fun.thats how i would describe the whole movie if they asked me to with just one word.it was PURE FUN.
-->Great acting.do be honest,i didnt find the script too acting- demanding but thats just me.all i really know is that robert and zach were flawless.i mean like,FLAWLESSSSSS!
-->wonderful,wonderful,wonderful direction!the whole movie might have been a comedie, but always kept you at the edge of your seat.Like my dad said,it was a juicy movie.i didnt have time to even grab and drink my coke!moreover, the alternation between comical and emotional scenes was nice, although i found it kinda harsh cause always after a REALLY funny scene there was an emotional one,and vice versa.(i can go on and on talking about the direction but im not gonna do it-although that scene at the Grand Canyon gave me shivers-)
-->Nice music. Not the type of music i have on my mp3,but still it was really nice, and it wasnt limited to one genre only so i guess that this was what made it noteworthy.in fact now that i think again about it,the choice was so nice that tempts me to go to imdb and post the whole OST to my facebook.
-->Script.i know,i know.its a classic pattern:two totally opposite people, forced to stay together under weird circumstances for a long period of time, that they always become friends in the end(or lovers.it depends). But let me tell you that this time the script was so hilarious and so FULL,that made this ordinary concept extremely unique and special.

Favourite scenes of the movie:

-->the one at the bathroom, when Peter challenges Ethan to pretend to be a coach.
-->the one the car, when Ethan falls asleep while driving.
-->the one at the car(again)that Ethan smokes pot and everybody(including the dog)gets high.
-->the one at the house of Peter's friend, that they end up drinking Ethan's father.
-->the great rescue scene.EPIC!
-->the whole movie.

Im gonna give 4 and a half stars out of 5 to this movie.
(P.S.:a comedie can never get 5 stars from me,cause the thing that can never acheive is to stick with you or to teach you something great,or to leave you astonished.still,i think i will be remembering this movie for a long time...)

And last but not least, let me give you the cliche facts for the movie:
